Beverages
Since there are quite a few choices to choose from the main focus is to get in the 6-8 glasses of water a day.
Acceptable Beverages between meals only:
- WATER
- Decaf Coffee and Tea
- Crystal Light
- Sugar Free Kool-Aid
Beverages to avoid:
- Milk, Malts, Milkshakes
- Regular Soda Pop
- Carbonated Beverages
- Caffeine
- ALCOHOL
