Shirt & Tie

One of the things I feared the most before surgery was having to get dressed up in a shirt & tie. I dreaded getting dressed up. I would always find some sort of alternative just so I wouldn't have to tuck my shirt in. Now I love getting dressed up, wearing ties, tucking my shirts in. Not because I have to, but because I can. I posted this picture so everyone could see how nice I now look in a shirt and tie!!

6 months post-op

Down to 221 pounds. I left the hospital 6 months ago at 375. I have lost a total of 154 pounds. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
